If you live in Europe and would like to have an international, rich, and free experience abroad find your Youth exchange or Training Course!
This section introduces these opportunities and how to find them. (Erasmus+ also cooperates with Southern Mediterranean countries)

On a Youth Exchange, you can expect to participate in activities such as workshops, exercises, debates, role-plays, outdoor activities and more.
To attend, you must pay for the transport in advance and you will be reimbursed in the following weeks or months.

Youth Exchanges and Training Courses are organized mainly by NGOs and associations, meaning that they do not always have the capacity to find participants. For this reason, there are many social media groups and accounts that promote them.
Before committing to any opportunity, ensure that the host organization is legitimate and follows the Erasmus+ guidelines. Participation in Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges and Training Courses should be free of charge, with the exception of a small participation fee (if any) clearly stated upfront. Be cautious of organizations that request additional or unexpected payments.
